The parking lot is approx. 23,500 sq. ft. <br />· No BMP design unless reconstructed area is greater than 10,000 sq. ft. <br />· R-value for pavement design will be determined from Geotechnical Report from WSB <br />and the MnDOT Flexible Pavement Design Guidance and the Stabilometer R-values by <br />Soil Type <br />· No traffic counts for ESAL calculations for pavement design <br />· Sidewalk between the staff parking lot and the public lot (running E-W) will not be <br />replaced solely if it is non-compliant with PROWAG guidelines, but rather if the concrete <br />is in poor condition or has settled to cause vertical displacement greater than 0.5” <br />· Preferred light poles and lighting units will be supplied by the City for inclusion in the <br />plan. Existing wiring will be used and new pole foundations, poles, and luminaires will <br />be included in this scope of services <br />· Lighting plans will include conduit from the building to an existing light pole for <br />installation of a new security camera. HR Green will coordinate location of conduit to <br />provide 110v power with the City of Arden Hills. The installation and design of the <br />attachment for the security camera is not included in this scope of services <br />· Point by point photometric analysis will not be used for light placement <br />· Existing pedestrian ramps crossing the city hall entrance (associated with TH 96 <br />sidewalk) will remain in place and are considered outside the scope of services for this <br />project <br />· Any construction observation time can be contracted under an amendment. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />Additional Services are not included in this Agreement. If authorized under a Supplemental <br />Agreement HR Green could furnish or obtain from others the following services: <br /> <br />1. Landscaping design and plan sheets for medians. <br />2. Drainage BMP design if the reconstructed area is larger than 10,000 sq. ft. <br />a. BMP design – filtration basins <br />b. Filtration basin details <br />c. Draintile <br />d. Quantity confirmation with contractor <br />4. Carport or canopy plans <br />5. Point by point photometric analysis <br />6.
