<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 9 <br />* Includes combined information for the City Hall Parking Lot Final Design and Hamline <br />Ave Crosswalks Final Design projects <br /> <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br /> <br />· The title, layout and statement of estimated quantity sheets as well as special provisions are <br />included in the City Hall Parking Lot level of effort. Should the Shorewood Drive plans be <br />completed as a separate plan set, an amendment will be requested. <br />· Survey completed by HR Green during the Shorewood Drive alternatives assessment will be <br />sufficient for design. No additional survey will be required. <br />· No landscaping plans will be completed. <br />· No geotechnical investigations are expected. Dewatering responsibilities will be identified in the <br />project specifications. <br />· No stormwater management, erosion control, floodplain alteration, wetland alteration, or <br />conveyance system crossing permits from Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) will be <br />required for this project since it disturbs less than 10,000 square feet. <br />· No NPDES permit will be required since the project disturbs less than 1 acre. <br />· The existing fire hydrant between the 3203 Shorewood Drive driveway and the Lake Johanna <br />and Little Lake Johanna channel will not be relocated or replaced. Should this be required, an <br />amendment to this contract will be requested. <br />· The City will coordinate and prepare any temporary construction easements. Should the City <br />request this service from HR Green, an amendment to this contract will be requested. <br />· Any construction observation time can be contracted under an amendment. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES BY HR GREEN <br /> <br />Additional Services are not included in this Agreement. If authorized under a Supplemental Agreement <br />HR Green could furnish or obtain from others the following services: <br /> <br />1. Additional survey <br />2. Landscaping design and plan sheets for private property. <br />3. Hydrant and watermain relocation <br />4. Temporary construction easements <br />5. Construction observation <br />a. Pipe installation <br />b. Driveway installation <br />c. Overflow path installation <br /> <br />CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />Arden Hills shall provide the following items: <br />1. A single point of communication for the purpose of project coordination, deliverable review and <br />comment <br />2. Communication with the resident at 3203 Shorewood Drive <br />3. Temporary construction easements
