Provide three (3) paper copies and a pdf digital copy of final plans and project manual <br /> to the City for solicitation of bids. <br /> Task 7: Public Engagement: Consultant will conduct one (1) public informational meeting <br /> during the design process to inform residents of the proposed improvements and solicit <br /> comments and input. This meeting may be conducted via Zoom or other virtual format <br /> depending on evolving State guidance for COVID-19. Consultant will conduct one (1) <br /> additional preconstruction meeting with the neighborhood prior to the start of construction. <br /> This task shall include preparation of presentation materials, participation in meetings, and a <br /> written summary of meeting results. <br /> TASK 8: Bidding Assistance: Consultant will assist the City during the procurement <br /> process to obtain construction bids, including the following items. <br /> A. Provide bidding documents for City posting onto QuestCDN. <br /> B. Assist with technical questions received from potential bidders. <br /> C. Issue addenda necessary to address project related questions during bidding. <br /> D. Attend bid opening and prepare certified bid tabulation. <br /> TASK 9: Construction Administration: Consultant will assist the City during the project <br /> construction process, including the following items. <br /> A. Conduct pre-construction meeting. <br /> B. Review shop drawing submittals. <br /> C. Provide construction staking for project improvements. <br /> D. Provide on-site construction observation. <br /> E. Conduct weekly construction meetings with contractor <br /> F. Prepare progress payments and change order documents. <br /> G. Coordinate material testing. <br /> H. Prepare punch lists and provide final project inspection. <br /> I. Prepare final as-build record drawings <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br />
