If the business is not already registered as part of the City’s Business Registration <br />program, a completed registration must be submitted prior to funding disbursement. <br />11. Signature of owner and/or managing partner(s). <br />12. Fully completed and signed applications along with required documents. <br />13. Upon submission of application, applicants will receive an email confirming receipt of <br />application. <br />14. The application will be reviewed for eligibility upon receipt. If additional information or <br />documentation is necessary, staff will contact the applicant. All applicants will be given <br />one (1) week after being contacted to submit any additional information. <br />15. Funds for grants will be distributed on a first-come, first-considered/awarded basis. <br />Applications will be accepted until September 15, 2020 or when all general grant funds <br />are fully committed. Each general grant application will be considered independently in <br />the order received until funding is expended. Once all available funding has been <br />expended, any remaining eligible applications not receiving funding will be held and <br />considered if future funding rounds become available. <br />
