An <br />Engineer’s Estimate will be included with the 60% and 90% submittals. Following 90% plan comments, <br />final plans will be submitted for final City and County approval. <br /> <br />Subtask 6.3: Project Specifications <br />As noted in the RFP, final bidding documents including project specification, and final Rice Creek <br />Watershed District Permit will be completed under an amendment to this proposal. <br /> <br />Subtask 6.3: Permits <br />Bolton & Menk will prepare RCWD permit documents that include: stormwater management plan <br />narrative, description of rule compliance, associated figures depicting drainage conditions, hydraulic <br />modeling, soils information, and any other materials to meet permit compliance. Submittal will be made <br />to RCWD for initial review. We will also prepare NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit materials. <br />Necessary wetland permit applications will also be initiated. <br /> <br />Task 6 Deliverables: Final construction plans, permit applications initiated <br /> <br />Task 7: Easement Documents <br />This task includes preparing up to 19 easement exhibits with descriptions for easement acquisition. As <br />stated in the RFP, the City will be responsible for preparing easement appraisals and offers. <br /> <br />Task 7 Deliverables: Easement exhibits, up to 19. <br /> <br />Task 8: County Coordination <br />Our project team will coordinate with Ramsey County as a part of the project. We will attend, and <br />facilitate as needed, up to two meetings with Ramsey County. It is expected that these meetings will be <br />conducted via phone or Microsoft Teams. <br /> <br />Task 8 Deliverables: Meeting agenda and meeting minutes <br /> <br />PROJECT TEAM <br />Bolton & Menk proposes to use a project team familiar to the City of Arden Hills for the Mounds View <br />High School Trail Project. I will serve as your Project Manager and Nick Amatuccio will, again, serve as <br />the design lead engineer/assistant or the project. The water resources work, including coordination with <br />the Rice Creek Watershed District, will again be led by Tim Olson.
