Lloyd, P.E., Project Manager <br />Sarah will serve as your primary point of contact. She has the qualifications, experience, motivation, and <br />work ethic to effectively manage and coordinate each project phase. Sarah will provide close coordination <br />with the City of Arden Hills and project partners. She will be responsible for overall team management <br />and all schedule, cost, public outreach, and scope management processes. <br /> <br />Related Experience: Rose Bluff Trail - City of Burnsville, Edinborough Park Improvements – City of <br />Edina, Lyndale Avenue Reconstruction – City of Richfield, 2021 PMP Improvements – City of Arden <br />Hills <br /> <br />Nick Amatuccio, P.E., Sr. Project Engineer <br />As the lead project engineer, Nick will work with the team to ensure the street and utility improvements <br />are buildable and meet the necessary requirements. Nick will be responsible for overall project design and <br />schedule. <br /> <br />Related Experience: Interlachen Park Street & Utility Improvements - City of Hopkins, 2019 Trail <br />Improvements – City of Burnsville, 2021 PMP Improvements – City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Additional Key Leaders <br />Name and Title Role <br />Eric Wilfahrt, <br />L.S. <br />Survey Manager <br />Eric will coordinate with survey crew chiefs to complete topographic survey in <br />a timely manner as soon as authorization of this proposal is received. He will <br />coordinate with our survey drafters to implement field shots into an AutoCAD <br />drawing for plan use. He will manage survey staking requests throughout <br />construction. Eric has been involved with past projects for Arden Hills and is <br />familiar with the community. <br />Tim Olson, P.E., <br />CFM <br />Water <br />Resources <br />Manager <br />Tim will evaluate options for storm sewer layouts as provided in the RFP and <br />confirm the chosen layout will sufficiently address neighborhood drainage <br />concerns. He will work closely with the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) <br />to determine what BMP measures are needed to address their requirements. <br />Tim has extensive experience with the RCWD including permitting, grant <br />work, and contract work. He has worked with the RCWD in multiple <br />communities and has personal contacts with the majority of their staff at <br />nearly all levels. <br />Brandon Bohks, <br />WDCP <br />Wetland <br />Specialist <br />Brandon is a wetland specialist who began his career in 2016. He will <br />delineate aquatic resources for the MVHS Trail project. He will map each <br />point and prepare a written report. Brandon will also determine the <br />permitting needs associated with the Aquatic Resources and prepare the <br />appropriate permit applications. A favorite part of Brandon’s job is <br />ensuring accurate wetland boundaries are delineated. <br />
