Page 1 of 4 <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />1. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The selected consultant shall complete the following work items as part of the professional <br />services agreement (Work). Respondents may provide recommended modifications to <br />the scope as they deem appropriate. <br /> <br />TASK 1: Project Coordination: Consultant will provide coordination services to guide <br />the project through design, bidding and construction phases. This task shall include the <br />following work items. <br />A. Provide a designated Project Manager to serve as a single point of contact and <br />guide the project through completion. <br />B. Attendance at a project design kick-off meeting with City staff. <br />C. Attendance at up to five (5) design coordination meetings with City staff. <br />D. Attendance or conference calls (est. 2) with Minnesota State Aid/MnDOT staff. <br />E. Attendance or conference calls (est. 1) with Rice Creek Watershed District staff. <br />F. Attendance or on-line participation at up to four (4) City Council meetings and/or <br />Work Sessions to assist with presenting project information. <br /> <br />TASK 2: Data Collection and Information Review: Consultant will collect and review <br />project related information associated with the project, including but not limited to the <br />following documents. <br />A. City of Arden Hills Engineering Record Plans <br />B. Project Feasibility Report <br />C. Geotechnical Report <br />D. Environmental Investigation Documents <br />E. Pavement Condition Ratings within the project area <br />F. Sanitary Sewer CCTV Televising Inspections Data <br />G. Water Main break and leak history <br />H. GIS database for infrastructure conditions <br />I. Field Observations of Project Area <br />J. City of Arden Hills Engineering Design Standards <br />K. MnDOT State Aid Design Standards <br />L. City’s standard general and special provisions, front-end specifications <br />M. Project survey base map and topographic data for Snelling Ave N collected as part <br />of the feasibility study. <br /> <br />TASK 3: Project Survey: As part of the feasibility study, a topographic survey for <br />Snelling Avenue North was conducted to establish horizontal and vertical control, collect <br />surface features and record elevations of sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure. <br />Topographic survey data and project base maps were delivered and are available. <br />
