Professional Services Agreement <br />Arden Manor and Floral Parks <br />Playground Equipment Replacement and Reconstruction <br />Design and Construction Administration Services <br />November 10, 2021 <br />Page 3 of 14 <br /> <br />Version2.3 02052021 <br />provide an Engineer’s Opinion of Construction Costs (EOPCC) to the CLIENT for <br />each park site. <br /> <br />f. COMPANY will have one (1) meeting with the CLIENT to review both conceptual <br />layouts and EOPCC and make the necessary refinements, based on CLIENT <br />input <br /> <br />g. COMPANY will coordinate with utilities and regulatory agencies during the <br />concept layout to ensure compliance throughout the process. <br /> <br />4. Final Design <br />a. COMPANY will produce final plans based on reviews and approvals of concept <br />layouts for each park site. Plan reviews will occur roughly at the 50% completion <br />sage. CLIENT will provide input as to the layout, grading and details and will <br />provide review comments and instruct on any necessary revisions. The second <br />review submittal and meeting will occur at the 90% complete stage of he plans, <br />specifications and EOPCC, offering the CLIENT a final opportunity to review and <br />make refinements prior to bidding the project. The EOPCC will breakout and <br />track the Arden Manor Park CDBG eligible components, pursuant to CBDG grant <br />and construction guidelines and requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />5. Construction Documents <br /> <br />a. This phase provides services to complete design and construction details for all <br />the improvements within the park as listed above. <br /> <br />b. Construction documents will consist of construction drawings and specifications <br />in the bid documents. Bid documents will contain CDBG compliant requirements <br />for the Arden Manor Park work, including prevailing wage and reporting <br />requirements. <br /> <br />c. Based on the previously completed Conceptual Design, COMPANY will prepare <br />these documents, for the park projects: <br />i. Title Sheet with Sheet Index, Location Map, and Project Contact <br />Information. <br />ii. General Notes Sheet with Site/Civil Notes, Erosion Control Requirements, <br />and Landscaping General Notes as necessary to provide instruction to <br />the contractor. <br />iii. Existing Conditions Plan indicating existing topography, sidewalks, <br />shelter, pavement edges, trees, drainage structures other available site <br />infrastructure and removal information. <br />iv. Layout and Dimensioning Plan that will indicate layout geometrics for all <br />of the site improvements listed above. <br />v. Grading and Drainage Plan with both existing and proposed contours, <br />spot grade elevations as necessary, erosion control measures and any <br />necessary drainage improvements. All facilities within the public park will <br />be designed to be ADA accessible.
