A large structure is not identified along the MnDOT ROW in the SW corner of the existing road at the SW <br />corner of the existing pond/wetland. It appears pipes are going east and west out of the structure. Identify <br />what this structure is and its ownership. <br />12. Disturbance limits need to be added along wetland D, along the silt fencing. <br />13. Confirm no grading is taking place within wetland D in the NE corner. It is unclear. <br /> <br />C300 – EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN – PHASE 2 <br />14. Apparent drainage structure on the NW corner of the lot and between lighting islands are not identified. <br />15. If road at the NW corner of the lot is used during construction a construction access must be installed. <br />16. Add Note A along the north edge of Wetland D. <br />17.
