Mack , Director-mot '�L� <br /> SUBJECT: Progress Report on Trail Plan for Ramsey County <br /> DATE: April 18 , 1991 <br /> Enclosed, for your information, are minutes from the March 19 , <br /> 1991 , Trails Advocacy Network meeting as compiled by Ramsey <br /> County Parks and Recreation Commission Member , Bill Frank . <br /> Also enclosed, for your information, is a copy of one of the <br /> maps used for discussion during the meeting. The map <br /> identifies some logical bicycle routes that have been <br /> • identified as park connector routes , as well as preferred <br /> transportation routes within the County. A larger scale map <br /> showing these arterial routes , as well as local connectors , has <br /> been prepared and was discussed during the meeting. <br /> For your information and file , we have compiled an updated <br /> directory of Trails Advocacy Network members . Enclosed is a <br /> copy of the updated directory. <br /> The Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Commission views its <br /> role as coordinating implementation of the arterial routes that <br /> connect the major park resources within Ramsey County.
