The COMPANY’s Project Manager will coordinate and facilitate <br />meetings with CLIENT staff and provide regular updates on project progress including <br />schedule, budget and percent completion. <br /> <br />COMPANY will work with the CLIENT to define a strategy for public engagement for this <br />Local Stormwater Plan. It is assumed most public engagement activities or publications <br />will be coordinated with the efforts already completed for the City’s MS4 Permit. <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />· COMPANY will provide information for CLIENT to disseminate to residents and <br />stakeholders. <br />· No project websites or public meetings/open houses are required for this project. <br />Deliverables: <br />· Information on Local Stormwater Plan to post on City social media/website. <br /> <br />Task 3 – Data Collection <br /> <br />Data Collection and Review <br />Obtain and review available historical resident complaint records, maintenance records <br />and reports, and condition assessment data for the stormwater infrastructure system. <br />Hold a kickoff meeting with CLIENT and their operations and maintenance staff to <br />capture the institutional knowledge and understanding of the problems known to the <br />CLIENT, including but not limited to flooding locations; areas of recurring resident <br />complaints; areas with greatest needs for cleaning and maintenance; watersheds with <br />significant erosion, etc. COMPANY will map these areas of concern referencing existing <br />GIS infrastructure data to understand locations that may be in need for improvements on <br />a larger scale. <br /> <br />One (1) kickoff meeting is included in this task. <br /> <br />Site Reconnaissance <br />Upon completion of the base mapping and existing drainage review, COMPANY will <br />budget two staff with six (6) hours of field time each to confirm and investigate reported <br />problem areas and identify causes that may be contributing them, such as topographic <br />challenges, low spots, non-functioning outfalls, lack of inlets for capture of stormwater, <br />and/or inadequate collection system. <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />· CLIENT will provide login credentials for City GIS database for COMPANY to <br />access. <br />· No H&H modeling will be needed as part of this project to determine additional <br />areas of concern outside of what is identified by the CLIENT. <br />Deliverables: <br />· None
