Mayor Probst reminded the Council and staff that the City newsletter should contain notification to residents of the anticipated expenditures for the five year Pavement Management Plan, Director Moore noted the upcoming presentation on July 18,2002 to the residents of the Ingerson neighborhood, He requested Council's comments concerning the information that would be presented, Engineer Brown reviewed the PowerPoint presentation, and clarified Council comments. Director Moore explained that staff would create an atmosphere for the residents to be as informed as possible regarding this issue, and requested fell I Council participation and support of the neighborhood meetings, The Council discussed the idea of whether or not any of them should attend the neighborhood meetings. They agreed that the standards set forth were firm. Director Moore reported twenty-four generally supportive phone calls from residents, further stating some neighborhood representatives had an equally split opmlOn.
