ARCHITECTURAL ALLIANCE. FEE FOR
SERVICES

City Administrator Lynch presented a memorandum dated February 16,2001, that
he had provided to the City Council indicating his recommendation that the City
Council consider paying Architectural Alliance an adjustment for their re-bid and
construction phase administration in the amount of $20,844.00.

Peter Vesterholt, of Architectural Alliance, presented his information indicating
his desire to collect the fee of $22,289.00. However, no consensus was reached
on whether to regularly schedule it at a regular City Council meeting, or a Council
W orksession.

All Councilmembers agreed that both should be brought up as to goals and
objectives for the City for 2001.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

COUNCIL AND STAFF REPORTS

.

City Administrator Lynch distributed information from the Facilitator for the
2001 Staff/City Council Retreat and strongly urged the City Councilmembers to
complete the DiSC profile, which was a tool that the Facilitator would use to help
the City Council see the different decision-making styles of each City
Councilmember, and attempt to bring forward a decision-making model to use in
