Councilmember Maione indicated this would be beneficial. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst also requested information regarding revenue from the ball fields and how it fits into <br />the project. <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 95-39. Approving the Execution of a Joint Powers A2recment for Recycling <br />Road Maintenance Materials. <br /> <br />City Administrator Fritsinger indicated the Council had initially approved action supporting this <br />program. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated the cities of Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, New <br />Brighton, Rosevi1le, Shoreview, White Bear Lake, Vadnais Heights, the town of White Bear and <br />Ramsey County had successfully applied for a $94,179 Grant with the Board of Government <br />Innovation and Cooperation. In order to receive these funds and carry out the goals of this program <br />a Joint Powers Agreement is proposed. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger noted the purpose of the project is to create and operate a facility where the parties <br />would work together to re-use roadway materials. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated the City Attorney has reviewed these documents and indicated that <br />everything appears to be in order. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt Resolution 95-39, <br />Authorizing the City to enter into a Joint Powers Agreement for the recycling of road <br />maintenance materials. The motion carried lInAnimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 95-40. Establishing Municipal State Aid Streets (Stowe Avenue). <br /> <br />Engineer Stonehouse indicated the next four resolutions are related to the 1995 Street Maintenance <br />Improvements and County Road F projects. <br />
