I ,ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL--=-.EE:BRUARY 27. 1995 7 Acting Mayor Malone indicated the Council will be speaking with the School District on March 13 and will forward concerns to them regarding traffic issues. MOTION: Aplikowski moved and Keim seconded a motion to adopt Resolution #95-16, ordering the improvement in the matter of County Road F street and storm sewer improvements of 1995. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). MOTION: Keim moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to adopt Resolution #95-17, approving the plans and specifications and ordering the advertisement for bids in the matter of County Road F improvement of 1995. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). Acting Mayor Malone noted the next important date for residents would be April 24, 1995 when the assessment hearing will be held. Acting Mayor Malone called a brief recess at 9:07 p.m. The Arden Hills City Council reconvened at 9:15 p.m. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES February 13, 1995 Councilmember Keim noted on page three, in regards to Stowe Avenue in the fourth paragraph from the bottom, she would like to add the sentence Counc.ilmember Keim in.Jicated this would include the area between Lake Johanna Boulevard and New Brighton Boulevard. not the entire len~h of Stowe Avenue. Acting Mayor Malone noted on page four, first paragraph, a correction it should read Arden View Drive. MOTION: Hicks moved and Keim seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the February 13, 1995 regular City Council meeting as amended. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). CONSENT C/I. T FNnAR A.
