We assume a timeframe of approximately 2.5 <br />months upon award of the CDBG grant until grant <br />agreements are fully executed and work associated <br />with the Arden Manor Park improvements can <br />commence. Our project delivery schedule reflects <br />this assumption, but the schedule may be <br />accelerated or extended depending on this timing. <br />Project Scope: <br />Based on correspondence with City staff, we understand <br />the City is seeking assistance with the following scope <br />items: <br />Survey of the edge conditions of the 2023 <br />constructed playground area and drain tile to <br />confirm details of 2023 changes made and <br />implications for required 2024 <br />design/construction. <br />Assistance with completing and submitting a new <br />CDBG application for professional services and <br />construction costs for the athletic court facilities at <br />Arden Manor Park. <br />• Final design services and bidding assistance <br />Construction Administration Services including <br />observation and inspection, construction staking, <br />shop drawing review, pay app preparation, and <br />construction meeting facilitation. <br />Administration of the CDBG application process. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />Below is a proposed schedule for the project, subject to <br />review and acceptance by City Staff.
