Mr. Fritsinger indicated Mr. Bergly felt the issues had been <br />resolved. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks inquired as to the depth of the pond after a two and one-half inch rainfall. <br />Ms. Johnson indicated it was a difficult question to answer, due to variables before and after the <br />rainfall, but indicated the depth would be approxinIately eight feet. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to approve Planning Case #95-09, CSM <br />- Site Plan Review with stated conditions, and with the understanding that approval <br />of this stage does not in any way assure approval of the second stage. The motion <br />carried nnanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Adoption of Pay Equity Plan <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated the Plan is similar to that reviewed by the Council at a recent W orksession. <br />The Plan includes a 2.5% range increase that had been budgeted for 1995. <br /> <br />CounciImember Malone indicated in the next few years adjustments will have to be made to make <br />the plan more linear than it is. He noted this plan must conform with the spirit of the pay equity laws <br />and it is staffs responsibility to properly administer the Pay Equity Plan. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded the motion adopting the Pay Equity Plan. <br />The motion carried nnanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Approve TCAAP Master Reuse Plan Consultant <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated on April 18, 1995 the City Council conducted interviews offour firms in <br />an effort to select one which could assist the City in its efforts to develop a Master Reuse Plan for <br />the Arsenal property. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger stated staff would recommend the Council move to approve Camiros, Ltd. as the <br />consulting firm to assist the City in its planning efforts at TCAAP. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the team lead by <br />Camiros, Ltd., to be hired to assist the City in its planning efforts at TCAAP and <br />directed staff to prepare a detailed scope of services and contract documentation. <br />The motion carried .maniTTlously (5-0). <br />
