He indicated after speaking with five firms the lowest bid was between <br />$8,000 and $10,000. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Hicks referred to the memo from Parks and Recreation Director Cindy Walsh, he <br />inquired if the City had fee title to other Parks and ifnot, should they. <br /> <br />CounciImember Hicks indicated if the developer used the land to fulfill Park Dedication, the City <br />should have fee title for Kenna Park. He requested staff to review these issues. <br /> <br />CounciImember Hicks expressed concern and confusion at Mr. Filla's opinion regarding Lindy's Park <br />and requested Mr. Filla review a previous court decision in favor of the City. <br /> <br />CounciImember Hicks indicated for the record that Lindy's Triangle is not the name of the Park, the <br />Park should have an appropriate name. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst indicated if the City has no record of fee title, this issue should be pursued and <br />directed staff to investigate this issue. <br /> <br />CounciImember Hicks expressed concern regarding a news release about TCAAP. He believed the <br />City should make a stronger statement indicating it is the City of Arden Hills who is held <br />responsible for the planning of the TCAAP property. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst concurred with Councilmember Hicks and indicated he would like future agendas to <br />have a TCAAP update to convey information to the citizens. <br /> <br />CounciImember Aplikowski inquired if the City had a City Flag. Mr. Fritsinger stated no, not at <br />this time. <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski stated she is in agreement with the petition from the citizens along <br />County Road F, regarding sidewalks. <br /> <br />Mr. Craig Wilson, for clarification, noted the residents are concerned with the sidewalks only in <br />front of the homes, and not regarding walks in front of the school. <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski indicated in talking with residents regarding tlle County Road E2 <br />development, they appreciated the manner in which the Council and City Staffhandled themselves. <br />The residents appreciated Mr. Fritsinger's courteous behavior. <br /> <br />CounciImember Aplikowski indicated Mr. John Hoelscher has stated he would like to edit a City <br />newsletter and will be presenting the Council with a draft in the near future. <br />
