<br />I <br />I. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I- <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />Ie <br />I <br /> <br />,ARDEN.lIILLS CITY COUNCIL - JULY 31,1995 <br /> <br />1~ <br /> <br />Mayor Probst also noted he has not been notified of the work on Stowe, which directly affects him. <br />He did not want the bad example of County Road F recons1ruction to continue throughout other City <br />projects. <br /> <br />TCAAP Update <br /> <br />City Administrator Fritsinger indicated information added to tl1e Council packet. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated there had been an open house held to hear the comments of tl1e public. He <br />noted some comments were for a 2,400 acre open space. He stated an additional Open House will <br />be held on August 9, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. He noted a new location is being researched due to the <br />acoustics at the Army Reserve Facility. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated the comments will be forwarded to tl1e Task Force and the goal oftl1e Task <br />Force is to make a recommendation for one specific plan proposal by tl1e end of August. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst added he believes the meetings are making progress and the City has established itself <br />as a leader in the process. He rea1izes not everyone may be happy witl1 the eventual decision, but <br />is confident the majority will be pleased. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger inquired if the Council would object to having an Open House outside the city limits. <br />Mayor Probst suggested staying within the city limits, perhaps researching the availability of hotels <br />or corporate facilities. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS <br /> <br />City Administrator Fritsinger reported he met with tl1e Army Reserve to once again discuss the issue <br />of Retrocession. He is anticipating tl1e receipt of a Memorandum of Understanding within tl1e week. <br /> <br />Mr. Fritsinger also indicated he will be on vacation September 8 through the 14tl1, <br />
