The motion carried nnanimously <br />(3-0). <br /> <br />July 10, 1995 Regular Council Meeting <br /> <br />MOTION: Aplikowski moved and Keirn seconded a motion to approve tl1e minutes oftl1e July <br />10, 1995 Regular Council meeting as presented. Hearing no public comments, Mayor Probst moved on to tl1e next <br />item on tl1e agenda <br /> <br />UNFINISHF.D AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Planning Case #95-15. CSM Plauned Unit Development <br /> <br />Community Development Director Ringwald briefly reviewed tl1e request for Planned Unit <br />Development Master Plan and Final Plan approval for Phase II of tl1e DynaMark project. <br /> <br />Mr. Ringwald noted in April of 1995, this parcel was divided from tl1e Control Data Systems <br />property and Phase I of this project was approved. <br />
