Mr. Winkel stated, not at this time, however, the cost will not exceed the $15,000 quoted amount. Councilmember Malone asked if the agreement was signed. It was noted the agreement was signed, and the only paperwork is followup on the easement document to be filed with Ramsey County. Acting Mayor Probst closed the public hearing at 7:39 pm. MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks to terminate the matter in regards to the assessment process relating to the 1993 Arden Place Drainage improvement project. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). APPROVAL OF COUNCIL Ml:NU'TES Malone moved, seconded by Aplikowski, to approve the minutes of the February 14, 1994 Regular Council Meeting as prepared. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). CONSENT CALENDAR MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). a. Approve request for door-to-door canvassing from MN COACT. b. Approve List of Claims/Payroll. PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments. tlNFl:NJ:SBED AND NEW BUSl:NESS PLANNING COMMISSION - LEXINGTON/FOX BUSINESS CENTER STUDY Community Planning Coordinator Fritsinger noted that Roberts Development had previously requested a curb cut in front of the Zeos building along Lexington Avenue. The Council had tabled the discussion in October and directed the Planning Commission to further review the Lexington/Fox Business Center study. Planning Commission Chairperson Winiecki briefly outlined the Planning Commission's reasoning for recommending denial of this specific curb cut request. She further
