Drive - He addressed the quality <br />issue once again and noted that their should be someone <br />liable for the poor conditions of the road. <br /> <br />Jon Handlos. 3380 North Dunl~ - He asked what can be <br />done to ensure that quality workmanship and proper <br />specifications are met. <br /> <br />Julianne & Stephen Prager. 3320 North Dunlap - They both <br />agreed that the street is badly broken up and are in <br />favor of the project. <br /> <br />Grea Schmitz. 1471 Bussard Court - He noted that the <br />street dips at the end of the cul-de-sac. He asked <br />whether the project would end there, or two or three feet <br />behind the blacktop area. He was concerned as he <br />replaced his driveway last year. <br /> <br />Engineer Maurer noted that the level of finish of the <br />reconstructed materials will come very close to matching <br />with the old blacktop materials. <br /> <br />Arthur T,arsen 11 AD Karth Lake Drive - He noted he has <br />seen stakes in the area and if these stakes mark the area <br />where the reconstruction will take place. If this would <br />be correct, it appears that this street will be widened. <br /> <br />Engineer Maurer noted that the surveyors are working in <br />the area locating driveways, and taking some pictures of <br />elevations. Maurer further noted that the road would <br />remain at the same width. <br /> <br />Howard Hanson. 1131 Amble Drive - He noted that his <br />comments have already been stated. He further noted he <br />was considering putting in a new driveway and should he <br />have the driveway installed before or after the street <br />reconstruction project? <br /> <br />Maurer suggested to wait until after the City's project <br />is completed as the driveway contractor would be able to <br />obtain a smoother alignment. <br /> <br />Bruce and Lynn Mp.arR. 4~03 Keithson Drive - Ms. Mears <br />noted that there is undeveloped property behind this <br />development and asked whether the recycling project being <br />proposed could withstand large construction equipment <br />traffic? <br />
