RENEWAL; approve the Charitable Gambling License renewal ST. PETER CLAVER application for 1989, for St. Peter Claver Church of St. Paul to operate at the Big Ten Supper Clube, contingent upon review and approval of the officers of the organization by the Ramsey County . Sheriffs Department and that the 60 day waiting period be waived. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) CLAIMS & PAYROLL Moved by Hansen, seconded by Peck, that Council approve Claims and Payroll as submitted. Motion carried. (4-0) OTHER BUSINESS MISCELLANEOUS Councilmember Hansen reported she would be absent from the PS/W Committee meeting of 11-16-88. COMMITTEE APPTMTS. Council discussed the vacancies on Village committees and suggested the Clerk Administrator prepare a report on committee attendance lists, vacancies and requests from residents to be appointed to Village Committees. It was further suggested that Council liaisons poll the Committee members to determine if they wish to continue to serve on the various committees and that staff put a notice in the Town Crier and on the Cable Channel requesting interested residents to contact Councilmembers or staff. ROUND LAKE SEWER Council questioned if the Round Lake Sewer Interceptor . is now working properly; Raddatz advised the leaking was brought to a tolerable level and the interceptor has been operating for approximately 3 weeks. He explained the power and back-up alarms at Lift Station #10 had been dismantled. NEW BRIGHTON Council questioned if the New Brighton Bulletin could BULLETIN be considered the City legal publication if it is no longer delivered to residences in Arden Hills. It was determined it could still be designated as the legal publication for the City. MISCELLANEOUS Council discussed whether or not Councilmember Winiecki should work in conjunction with newly elected Councilmember Growe to poll Planning Commission and Board of Appeals members as to their interest in continuing to serve on the committees; it was determined she should continue to poll the committee members and report finding to Growe. ADJOURNMENT Winiecki moved, seconded by Sather, that the meeting be adjourned at 9:55 p.m. Motion carried unanimously. (4-0) I Gary R. Berger Robert L.
