RENEWAL; approve the Charitable Gambling License renewal <br /> ST. PETER CLAVER application for 1989, for St. Peter Claver Church of St. <br /> Paul to operate at the Big Ten Supper Clube, contingent <br /> upon review and approval of the officers of the organization by the Ramsey County <br /> . Sheriffs Department and that the 60 day waiting period be waived. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. (4-0) <br /> CLAIMS & PAYROLL Moved by Hansen, seconded by Peck, that Council approve <br /> Claims and Payroll as submitted. Motion carried. (4-0) <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> MISCELLANEOUS Councilmember Hansen reported she would be absent from <br /> the PS/W Committee meeting of 11-16-88. <br /> COMMITTEE APPTMTS. Council discussed the vacancies on Village committees and <br /> suggested the Clerk Administrator prepare a report on <br /> committee attendance lists, vacancies and requests from residents to be appointed <br /> to Village Committees. It was further suggested that Council liaisons poll the <br /> Committee members to determine if they wish to continue to serve on the various <br /> committees and that staff put a notice in the Town Crier and on the Cable Channel <br /> requesting interested residents to contact Councilmembers or staff. <br /> ROUND LAKE SEWER Council questioned if the Round Lake Sewer Interceptor <br /> . is now working properly; Raddatz advised the leaking was <br /> brought to a tolerable level and the interceptor has been operating for <br /> approximately 3 weeks. He explained the power and back-up alarms at Lift Station <br /> #10 had been dismantled. <br /> NEW BRIGHTON Council questioned if the New Brighton Bulletin could <br /> BULLETIN be considered the City legal publication if it is no <br /> longer delivered to residences in Arden Hills. It was <br /> determined it could still be designated as the legal publication for the City. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS Council discussed whether or not Councilmember Winiecki <br /> should work in conjunction with newly elected <br /> Councilmember Growe to poll Planning Commission and Board of Appeals members as <br /> to their interest in continuing to serve on the committees; it was determined she <br /> should continue to poll the committee members and report finding to Growe. <br /> ADJOURNMENT Winiecki moved, seconded by Sather, that the meeting be <br /> adjourned at 9:55 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
