Di8~DtilluaDCe of 8ervice for violatioD8. <br /> Water Bervice may be 8hut off at any 8top box connection <br /> whenever: <br /> (a) The owner or occupant of the premises served, or any <br /> other person working on any pipes or equipment <br /> thereon connected with the water 8ystem, has violated <br /> or threatens to violate any. of the provisions of this <br /> article. <br /> (b) Any charge for water, Bervice, meter, or any other / <br /> f"mancial obligations imposed hereunder for the <br /> premiBes Berved by the connection are unpaid. <br /> (c) Fraud or misrepresentation by the owner or occupant <br /> of the premises served ill connection with the <br /> application for Bervice. Deficiency and 8hutting off water. <br /> The city shall not be liable for any deficiency or failure in <br /> . the 8uppl'y of water to consumers, whether occasioned by <br /> shutting the water off for the purpose of making repair. or <br /> connections, or from any other cause whatever. In case of <br /> fire, or alarm of f"ue, or ill making repairs or construction of <br /> new works, water may be 8hut off at any time and kept shut <br /> off as long as necessary. (Ord. Supply from one 8ervice. <br /> No more than one housing unit or building shall be <br /> 8upplied from one service connection except by special <br /> permission of the commissioner. Whenever two (2) or more <br /> 8uch housing units or buildings are supplied from one pipe <br /> connecting to a distribution main each building or part of <br /> building must have a llI!parate stop box and a 8eparate <br /> meter.
