Any potential impacts will be <br />addressed. <br />■ Kimley-Horn will complete a review of the Natural Heritage Information System database <br />to identify state- listed threatened, endangered, and special concern species within one <br />mile of the study area. Any identified species will be described and the potential for <br />impacts as a result of the proposed development scenarios will be evaluated. The <br />findings will be sent to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for concurrence. <br />• Visual <br />Kimley-Horn will update the discussion of potential visual effects to reflect the building <br />heights allowed under the current city code. <br />• Transportation <br />■ Kimley-Horn will summarize the updated traffic study (see Task 3), describe transit routes <br />currently serving the study area, and describe any updated bike and pedestrian <br />infrastructure serving the study area. <br />Task 2.4: Review/update mitigation plan <br />Kimley-Horn will update the list of permits and approvals that would be required for the <br />development scenarios. Input from the City on the status of permits and approvals will be needed. <br />Kimley-Horn will describe the mitigation measures that have been implemented to date and which are <br />ongoing. Any additional mitigation measures identified through the updated impact assessment will <br />be incorporated. <br />Task 2.5: AUAR Update process <br />Kimley-Horn will prepare the AUAR Update including updating the mitigation plan. Kimley-Horn will <br />respond to one round of comments from the City. <br />Kimley-Horn will complete the following in accordance with the process dictated in Minnesota Rules <br />to notice and distribute the AUAR Update: <br />Submit the notice of availability for publication in the EQB Monitor. <br />Distribute a copy of the AUAR Update via email to the agencies and organizations included <br />on the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (EQB) environmental review distribution list. <br />Publish a legal notice in the St. Paul Pioneer Press, the City's official newspaper of record. <br />Draft a press release for the City to provide to at least one newspaper of general circulation in <br />the project area. <br />Kimley-Horn will draft responses to substantive comments received during the comment period. If no <br />objections are received, Kimley-Horn will provide the AUAR Update with comment responses to the <br />City for approval by resolution. Kimley-Horn will draft the resolution for adoption of the AUAR Update. <br />
