He Informed the <br />C~nlnc II that he has presented fIve sets of p.l-ens to the P I ann I ng Comm I s- <br />lSI.JOn without gainIng theIr approval and feels that since the property is z <br />zoned commercial the construction should be allowed. He displayed the <br />most recent set of plans to the CouncIl for their consideration. Mayor <br />Nethercut explained that this request must be consIdered under the present <br />zoning, ~hlch Is commercial; he read an excerpt from e letter, dated <br />AprIl 21. 1966. from the Planning CommIssIon whIch recommended denial of <br />Mr. Schlfsky's request and listed the following additIonal reasons: <br /> <br />I. Increased traffic hazards. <br />2. Conflicts and hazards Involved Mith school children. <br />3.
