COURTNEY <br /> <br />Radio Base Contract <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney prepared and submitted a base radio contract agreement <br />with a change In paragraph 4 which ~as agreeable with the V!O!age of <br />Nel'l Brighton. <br /> <br />Trustee Crepeau Informed the Council that this Joint municipal base <br />station will cost about $1800.00 to be divided equally by the two villages, <br />plus future maintenance and repair also to be divided equally. Clerk was requested to send copies of this letter to members of <br />the Council. Attorney Courtney stated In this letter that he believes <br />the Village should require a dumping Ilcens~. Matter referred to Attorney <br />4Itcourtney to draft a ne~ ordinance. <br /> <br />Non-Conformlna Signs <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney Informed the Council of a letter received from the <br />owners of the previous Bethel College site requesting leniency regarding <br />the'~For Sale" signs on their property. letter given to Mrs. Trudy <br />Harmon, member of the Board of Appeals, for their consideration. <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney submItted a letter, dated April 25. 1966, concerning his <br />opinion on the Council requesting McGul~sto lower their unattached sIgn <br />to conform to the Ordinance.
