Further action will be delayed until Mr. McClunp returns <br />home to clarify the matter. . <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney Informed the Council that so far he has not be~n <br />able to ascertain the ownership of the old Edgewater Motel prope,- <br />ty and feels he has reached a dead end, but does have another lead <br />~hlch he will pursue. <br /> <br />REPORT OF ATTORNEY COURTNEY <br /> <br />Proposed Zonln~ Ordinance <br /> <br />~ttornay Courtney submitted copies of his report on the proposed <br />Zoning Ordinance 10r d1strlbutlon to the Council for further study. <br />His report noted pol'rits he believes should be considered by the <br />Council, Carl Dale, the Planning Commission and possibly the Board <br />of Appeals; a copy had been sent to Mr. Dale. <br /> <br />Discussion was delayed until atter Council study. Cerlk requested <br />to send copy to Mr. Horty. chairman of the Board of Appeals, and <br />Trustee Hoffmann requested to distribute copIes to the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />Trustee Hoffmann Informed the Council that the January 4m 1966, <br />Planning Commission minutes suggested that the Board of Appeals' <br />recommendations be brought to the Planning Commission, and If the <br />Commission differs. possibly two recommendations would come before <br />the Counc I I. <br /> <br />A special Council meeting was sat for Monday, March 21, to consider <br />the proposed Zoning Ordinance and the UWlt~r.'Bulldlng Code. <br /> <br />Proposed Llcensln~ Ordinance <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney Informed the Council that he will have a rough <br />}, <br />draft of this ordinance In March. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />CummlnQs Lane Road ImDrovement <br /> <br />Engineer Don Lund submitted plans and specifications to Attorney <br />Courtney and suggested 10:00 a.m. April 25. 1966, as the time for <br />receiving bids. T~o sets of plans and .~pecltlcatlons were sub- <br />mitted to Clerk Lorraine Stromquist.
