Mrs. Tlssol returned the material to the Clerk's <br />office. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mayor Nethercut requested the Clerk to Inform Mr. Hanson of the <br />above actIon and also requested Engineer Lund to attend the Planning <br />CommIssIon meeting. <br /> <br />Trustee Bjorndahl suggested a letter to Mr. Hanson explainIng the <br />proposed proceuure If Mr. Hanson feels this would be of any help to <br />him - referred to Clerk. <br /> <br />SQuad Car Purchase Contract <br /> <br />Trustee Crepeau moved that Attorney Courtney be authorIzed to draw <br />up a purchase contract In behalf of the Village with Midway Ford Co.; <br />seconded by Trustee Olmen; motion carried. <br /> <br />St. Anthony Matter <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney Informed the.Councll that the extension of time <br />for our answer to a drainage matter has about expired. Engineer Lund <br />stated that Engineer Roger Short bel)eves the matter will be settled <br />out of court; Mayor Nethercut requested Engineer Lund to remind Engln- <br />.eer Short to write a letter regarding the matter, and also requested <br />Attorney Courtney to request another time extension. <br /> <br />Hazardous BulldlnQs <br /> <br />Clerk was requested to obtain the addresses and owaers names of two <br />buildings In the Village which have been ascertained to be hazardous <br />by the Building Inspector and give this Information to Attorney <br />Courtney to notify the owners. <br /> <br />Roberts Construction Company <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney reported that he has not heard from Mr. Roberts <br />concerning site plans for his buildings In the Twin City Industrial <br />~ark. Mayor Nethercut requested Attorney to check with Attorney <br />Daubney. <br /> <br />Limited Traffic Slons <br /> <br />In reply 'to an InquIry from Trustee Crepeau, Attorney Courtney In- <br />fromed the Council that the posting of street signs which restrict <br />the use of the street results In the loss of all revenue for the street. <br />Clerk requested to send letter of explanation to the resident re- <br />questing a "local traffic only" sign. <br />.'"~ 4" .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.., <br />Perry Property <br /> <br />Trustee BJorndah I stated that .he be II eves $1.000.00 per acre I s a <br />reasonable price for the 22 acres owned by Perry on New Brighton Road. <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney Informed the CGuncl1 that we could take an option <br />on the property excluding the house and a certain amount Ol' the prop- <br />erty; this would Involve paying e specified amount for the option. <br />Attorney Courtney also requested a survey of the property. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
