Mr. Day, who presents the program, suggested <br />an 8:00 p.m.. program on eIther the 17 or 24 of February. Mrs. TIssol <br />stated that the League of Women Voters could not assist at one <br />scheduled for the 17th, because of a previously planned program. <br />Copies of this report will be sent to the Council and also the <br />Village Attorn,y. <br /> <br />Trustee Hoffmann moved that letters recommended by the Planning <br />CommissIon be sent to Mr. Spannaus, contractor for Presbyterian Homes, <br />Progressive Design Associates and the R. L. Gould & Co. regarding 5 <br />specifIc requests; seconded by Trustee BJorndahl; motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Nethercut recommended that a copy of the letter to Mr. Spannaus <br />be sent to Presbyterian Homes. <br /> <br />Joseph McKeon, 1817 CounTy Road 0, Informed the Council that he Is <br />very Unhappy with Gladltsch Construction Company property, which Is <br />1"cE.tod In ;:o~, Brighton on the boundary of Arden HIlls. Skatlnq Rinks <br /> <br />Trustee BJorndahi Informed the CouncIl that the rInks are being used; <br />that Fred Nixon has assured the neighbors that basement flooding <br />wIll not result during the spring thaw as this problem had been <br />antIcipated and has been provided for. In reply to an Inquiry from <br />Trustee Crepea~, Trustee BJorndahl staTed that the Ilg~ts at the rink <br />on Hamllne Avenue and County Rpad ~.have not been adjusted yet, but <br />when this Is accomplished there should not be any light glare on the <br />highway. <br /> <br />Mayor Nethercut recommended that notIces should be posted on County <br />Road E to prohibit parking; matter referred to Trustee Olmen. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />-3- <br />
