The Council authori- <br />zed the signing and returning to the banks the official signatures <br />of persons authorlzea to sign checks In behalf of the Village. <br /> <br />Salary Rate ChanQes <br /> <br />Trustee Olmen moved, Seconded by Trustee Bjorndahl. that the hourly <br />rate of pay for the Administrative Staff be Increased from $2.20 to <br />$2.30 effective as of January I, 1966; motion carried. Adm;lnlstratlve <br />Clerk Lorraine Stromquist Informed the Council that this Staff has <br />not received an Increase for two years.
