So far as possible support your appraisal with evidence.

Cindy worked for the summer swim program, which 1 direct, and for the swimming pool,
for which I have indirect responsibility for most of her time here. She worked her way
up the ranks to a position in great responsibility - summer swim program manager. In
that position she ran a program which employed eight instructors/lifeguards, had
almost 1700 registered students, offered private lessons, rentals and open swim, aod
had a full-service outdoor rentai program. She had more responsiblity in terms of
budget, payroll, public relations and safety than any other student on campus. She
handled herseif professionally, gaining the suppoi't and loyalty of parents, students
and empoloyees alike She 'never :z::.:!:ve me a mO:-:lent1s concern, and was always
. pr~fes5ion~.t I~nd '~tJrnpetent, consjs::entl! demons."trating maturity, solid judgeme:YLI
paise and insight into people aod Situations. 1 highly recommend her for any
position in which she would organize, supervise, instruct, at' represent to the public.
Actually I have not encountered any area in which I would not recommend her
highly.

5.
