Execution of a contract or agreement with a municipal <br /> corporation. <br /> B. Except as otherwise provided in this charter, resolutions shall <br /> require an affirmative vote of at least four members. <br /> Sec. 5.05 Resolution Procedure <br /> Every resolution shall be presented in writing and read in full <br /> before a vote is taken unless the reading of the resolution is <br /> dispensed with by unanimous consent. Resolutions shall become <br /> effective upon approval. <br /> Sec. 5.06 Ordinances and Resolutions <br /> Each ordinance or resolution shall relate to a single subj ec t <br /> which shall be expressed clearly in its title. The enacting <br /> clause of each ordinance shall be "The Board of Commissioners of <br /> the County of Ramsey does ordain..." <br /> Sec. 5.07 Codification <br /> The county board shall provide for the codification of <br /> ordinances and the compila t i on of resolutions. Any certified <br /> copy of any ordinance or resolution shall be prima facie <br /> evidence of its adoption and shall be admitted as evidence in <br /> any court without further proof. <br /> 12 <br />
