He has prepared two proposed subdivisions of the <br /> property and I am enclosing both of them. Under the scheme marked <br /> Exhibit I, the property would be platted without the use of Arden <br /> View Drive and, under Exhibit 2, with Arden View Drive. Under the . <br /> scheme using Arden View Drive, he claims that approximately 23,302 <br /> cubic yards of dirt would have to be removed in order that the lots <br /> along Arden View Drive could access onto Arden View Drive. He <br /> further claims that none of this dirt could be utilized on the rest <br /> of the property. <br /> I would like you to advise me as to whether you feel it <br /> will be necessary that this amount of dirt be removed in order to <br /> use these lots along Arden View Drive and, if it would, whether the <br /> dirt could be used on the rest of the property and anything else <br /> that comes to your mind as you consider this.
