<br /> ~'he second reading. Mayor Kennedy submitted an adjusted schedule of feas vbl~ was
<br /> considered to be preferable. It was moved by Trustee Nethercut to Include this new
<br /> -cee schedule in the nnal draa of the ordinance to be prepared by Attorney Courtney
