The condemnation hearing is scheduled for mid-February 1992. I The easements sought from Mr. Reiling are shown by Exhibit 4 and include both I permanent and temporary construction easements. I The construction plans have been forwarded to the Rice Creek Watershed District I and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for their review and comments. Permits from these organizations will be obtained if required. I ESTIMATED COSTS I The estimated construction and project cost for the proposed improvements are I provided in Table 1. Bids for this project have been advertised and will be received at the February 10, 1992 City Council meeting. . The estimated overhead items have been calculated at 32% of the construction I cost, as detailed in the City's Assessment Manual. These overhead costs include I City Administration, engineering, inspection, legal and fiscal costs incurred by the project.
