The condemnation hearing is scheduled for mid-February 1992. <br />I The easements sought from Mr. Reiling are shown by Exhibit 4 and include both <br />I permanent and temporary construction easements. <br />I The construction plans have been forwarded to the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />I and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for their review and comments. Permits <br /> from these organizations will be obtained if required. <br />I <br /> ESTIMATED COSTS <br />I The estimated construction and project cost for the proposed improvements are <br />I provided in Table 1. Bids for this project have been advertised and will be <br /> received at the February 10, 1992 City Council meeting. <br />. <br /> The estimated overhead items have been calculated at 32% of the construction <br />I cost, as detailed in the City's Assessment Manual.
