A fn <br />easements may have to be changed involving no legal action - no major <br />ohanges - merely a ohange in the lins.. The storm sewer will be changed <br />to go through Helseth's property.. Mr. Crepeau sugrested that Mr. Helseth <br />be given re11ef of approximately $100.00 on his assessment as he has givsp <br />1'l'ee easements to the village for both sewer and storm sewer and since ' <br />his property is low he will need f1 pump to pump up to the sewer 0 This <br />relief on assessments w1ll help defray extra cost to him of the pump. <br /> <br />MR. PERRY asked whoee responsibility 1t was to open up the culvert which <br />goes under County Rd. E towards the lit't station. Mr. Olmen stated that <br />this was a county road and they were responsible, unless the culvert was <br />plugged up during village construction work. Matter was referred to Mr. <br />Olmen. <br /> <br />Mr. Crepeau asked the clerk to write a letter to SHERIFF KERMIT HEDMAN, <br />stating tha Arden Hills police force would oooperate in patrolling village <br />roads dUl'ing the labor day weekend. <br /> <br />CLERK'S REPOR'!' - Latter da'ted August 11. 1901 to Vincent Courtney from <br />Mrs. Stromquist regarding costs incurred at pay ground property; Mrs. <br />Strol,1quist asked if the council knew of any other oosts that should ba <br />included.
