Enforcement All jurisdictions enforcing the state building code, in a=rdance with sections 16B.73, shall undertake or provide for the administration and enforcement of the IraIlufactured home installation rules promulgated by the =mmissioner. On February 18, 1992, these findings were br'ought to the attention of Mr. Francis Husnik, avner of the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park. Mr. Husnik was not receptive to complying with city Ordinances or the paying of SAC charges =ed on recently installed IraIlufactured homes and has, through his attorney, decided-to challenge the enforcement of city Ordinances and payment of the pending SAC charges. Mr. Husniks attorney did pay for part of the pending permit fees on 2 units. since that time 7 units have been removed and 3 new units have been installed. No moving permits were obtained for these removals and no required permits or fees were obtained for the new installations. The failure to collect SAC charges from the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park will create a liability to the City in excess of one hundred forty . thousand ($140,000.00) dollars. I am requesting the City Council of Arden Hills =nsider holding a hearing to review these Ordinance violations and the Special Use permit and the Amended Special Use Pennit and also consider the posibility of having the City Attorney file aggregated charges with the District court .
