Enforcement All jurisdictions enforcing the state <br /> building code, in a=rdance with sections 16B.73, shall undertake or <br /> provide for the administration and enforcement of the IraIlufactured home <br /> installation rules promulgated by the =mmissioner. <br /> On February 18, 1992, these findings were br'ought to the attention of <br /> Mr. Francis Husnik, avner of the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park. Mr. <br /> Husnik was not receptive to complying with city Ordinances or the paying <br /> of SAC charges =ed on recently installed IraIlufactured homes and has, <br /> through his attorney, decided-to challenge the enforcement of city <br /> Ordinances and payment of the pending SAC charges. <br /> Mr. Husniks attorney did pay for part of the pending permit fees on 2 <br /> units. since that time 7 units have been removed and 3 new units have <br /> been installed. No moving permits were obtained for these removals and <br /> no required permits or fees were obtained for the new installations. <br /> The failure to collect SAC charges from the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park <br /> will create a liability to the City in excess of one hundred forty . <br /> thousand ($140,000.00) dollars. <br /> I am requesting the City Council of Arden Hills =nsider holding a <br /> hearing to review these Ordinance violations and the Special Use permit <br /> and the Amended Special Use Pennit and also consider the posibility of <br /> having the City Attorney file aggregated charges with the District <br /> court . <br /> If I can answer any further questions on this matter, please do not <br /> hesitate to call me. <br /> "Language used from MWCC SAC Manual and MWCC ==espondence." <br /> OOKI ah <br /> . <br />
