Adopt Resolution No, 92-20 Commending Dan Winkel <br /> for Six Years Service as Fire Chief of The Lake . <br /> Johanna Volunteer Fire Department <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Mrs. Lindberg recommended Council City appoint a <br /> subcommittee to assure follow-up on the issue of the closing <br /> of T.H. 51/Snelling Avenue. Council concurred that the <br /> issue is of importance to many residents and the <br /> establishment of a subcommittee to address the issue would <br /> be appropriate. <br /> Council directed the Public Safety/Works Committee to form a <br /> subcommittee consisting of committee members and interested <br /> residents with the task of following up on the issues <br /> surrounding the closing of T.H. 51/Snelling Avenue. Public <br /> Works Superintendent Winkel accepted responsibility to <br /> communicate Council's direction to the Public Safety/Works <br /> Committee. <br /> UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> ADOPT RESOLUTION 92-19 RELATING <br /> TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT #SS-W-89-1 <br /> (CLEVELAND AVENUE LIFT STATION) . <br /> Council reviewed the proposed standard reapportionment <br /> resolution relating to the reapportionment of assessments <br /> for the Hans Hagen property located at Cleveland Avenue and <br /> County Road E2.
