Appoint Sandra Shrewsbury as Chair of the Finance Committee and Acknowledge Service of Carl Rundquist g, Approve List of Claims/Payroll h. Adopt Resolution No, 92-20 Commending Dan Winkel for Six Years Service as Fire Chief of The Lake . Johanna Volunteer Fire Department PUBLIC COMMENTS Mrs. Lindberg recommended Council City appoint a subcommittee to assure follow-up on the issue of the closing of T.H. 51/Snelling Avenue. Council concurred that the issue is of importance to many residents and the establishment of a subcommittee to address the issue would be appropriate. Council directed the Public Safety/Works Committee to form a subcommittee consisting of committee members and interested residents with the task of following up on the issues surrounding the closing of T.H. 51/Snelling Avenue. Public Works Superintendent Winkel accepted responsibility to communicate Council's direction to the Public Safety/Works Committee. UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS ADOPT RESOLUTION 92-19 RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT #SS-W-89-1 (CLEVELAND AVENUE LIFT STATION) . Council reviewed the proposed standard reapportionment resolution relating to the reapportionment of assessments for the Hans Hagen property located at Cleveland Avenue and County Road E2.
