MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to increase Ms. Scott's salary to Step 5 of the 1992 Pay Plan for Intermediate Accounting Clerk retroactive to March 10, 1992. Motion carried unanimously (4-0) . REO~~Sr_l'O REVIEW EXISTING SIGB-ORDINANCE REGULATIONS Council reviewed a memorandum from the Planning Commission . Sign Ordinance Review Committee which advised that while reviewing the sign ordinance to clarify the changeable copy portion of the ordinance as it pertains to the ZEOS application, the committee discovered the need to update language and definitions within the ordinance. Acting Clerk Administrator Iago, in her March 27, 1992 memorandum recommended that a complete review of the sign ordinance be accomplished, with a target date of May, 1992 , at an estimated cost of approximately $1,500 to $2,000 to cover planner Bergly's time, MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to authorize a review of the entire sign ordinance at a cost not to exceed $2,000. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). SCHEDULE WORKSESSION Council agreed to schedule an April worksession on April 20, 1992 at 4:30 p.m, Mahowald suggested, in light of recent staff changes, that the first half hour or so of the worksession agenda be set aside to discuss with staff any staffing/organization concerns. MOTION: Mahowald moved, seconded by Hicks, to set Apri 1 20, . 1992 at 4:30 p,m. as the Apri 1 Council worksession. Motion carried unanimously (4-0).
