Buckley - salary Increase - April 22, 1992 <br /> Page Two <br /> Recommendation: <br /> I am recommending that Mr. Winkel, Mr. Fuller, and Mr. Bell be given the <br /> 3 percent pay increase adopted by the Council for non-union employees <br /> for 1992. Their salaries would be $13.67 per hour ($28,429.65). The <br /> increased salary is 8.8 percent over the 1992 step 5 city Pay Plan. <br /> Arden Hills Public Works employees received a 3 percent raise in 1991 <br /> and 1992. Their pay is $14.19 per hour ($29,515). This is $.92 per <br /> hour or $l,914 per year more then the Park employees. <br /> The salary scale for Public W=ks and Park employees are the same <br /> throughout the Metro area.
