COTTAGE LIFESTYLES ~ JOIUL ARKELL <br /> Acting Clerk Administrator Iago asked if Council is <br /> interested in meeting further with John Arkell regarding the <br /> proposed senior housing project. Consensus of Council was <br /> that Mr. Casserly could provide input On this matter, given <br /> the fact that it would involve many elements inel uding tax <br /> increment financing. Iago volunteered to compile <br /> information from other cities to assist Council in this <br /> matter. <br /> INTERVIEWING - CLERK ADMINISTR~r~_~ <br /> Councilmember Hicks asked what arrangement the City has made <br /> with the Jim Brimeyer Group. Councilmember Mahowald <br /> explained the Jim Brimeyer Group has been asked to assist <br /> the City in the process of filling the vacant Clerk <br /> Administrator position, at a cost of approximately $3,000. <br /> It was noted that interview with Brimeyer is scheduled for <br /> the June 15 worksession. <br /> KEITHSON POND <br /> councilmember Hicks recalled the former City Engineering <br /> consultant had discussed other corrective measures for <br /> . Keithson Pond. Engineer Graham noted he had conversations <br /> with the former engineer but the corrective measure did not <br /> appear to be a viable solution. Hicks expressed <br /> frustration with the Keithson Pond issue. <br />
