The <br /> Administrator shall insure that such matters are presented to the <br /> Council. <br /> 7 ) The Administrator may present recommendations concerning the <br /> (. policies and objectives. <br /> 8 ) The Administrator shall keep informed on developments in the <br /> public administration field and shall advise the Council on <br /> matters relating thereto. <br /> CLERK <br /> The Administrator shall be the City Clerk and shall have the <br /> obligations and powers of a City Clerk pursuant to statute and <br /> ordinances in conformity therewith for a statutory city operating <br /> under Optional Plan A. <br /> Adopted by City Council: August 14, 1989 <br /> . <br />
