(the Architect for <br /> Bethel College), described the details of the J:uilding layout, acoustics <br /> of the auditorium, fire protection issues and sprinkler system, F .A.R. <br /> requirements and setbacks, and the volume of ticket sales. <br /> , <br /> Mr. James Unruh, Professional Engineer fran Barton-Aschman Associates, ~,. <br /> explained drainage and flood flows of the culvert system. He informed .~ <br /> the Camnission of a draft maintenance agreement that was sul:tnitted for ~. <br /> the Rice Creek Watershed District is in the reviewal process. <br /> Cllair Probst asked if there were any further questions or canments from <br /> . the floor. <br /> Mr. David Short, 5794 McCracken Lane, stated his concerns of the <br /> potential parking and traffic congestion problems during maj= events <br /> held in the auditorium.
