Bergly stated he had not investigated the parking requirement as the <br /> proposed wilding conformed with the adopted Master Plan and the parking <br /> shown had been approved as part of the Master Plan. <br /> McGraw stated the possibility of routing traffic in one entrance and out <br /> another entrance to facilitate traffic flow during rrain events. <br /> Chair Probst asked if there were any other questions or connnents. <br /> Hearing no response, the public hearing was closed at 8:50 p.m. <br /> Carlson asked Mr'. Brushaber if Bethel College had plans to rent the <br /> Conmn.mity Life Center for events such as weddings. <br /> Mr'. Brushaber indicated Bethel College had no plans to rent the <br /> auditorium. <br /> Carlson asked the Architect if an alternative had been considered to <br /> b.1ild down instead of up.
