JaIN ARKELL <br /> vice Clair winiecki opened the continued public hearing at 7: 32 pII., and <br /> as a courtesy to the public, requested an overview of the application of <br /> Case #92-17; Rezoning ani Planned Unit Developnent, Clevelani Avenue, <br /> John Arke1l, be given by the Planner. <br /> Planner Bergly referred to his report dated November 4, 1992, and <br /> explained the Applicant is proposing to constJ:uct a 60-unit housing <br /> project an the Milton property an Clevelani Avenue. The request before <br /> the Conunission now is for approval of the entire POD procedure, <br /> Rezoning, General DevelOJ;lllE!l1t Plan, ani Final Developnent Plan. He <br /> noted the Applicant had a tight deadline to meet following the 10/7/92 <br /> meeting to sutmit plan changes for this meeting, therefore, several <br /> handouts on this matter are sutmitted by staff at the meeting this <br /> evening . <br /> Bergly reviewed the following items for consideration by the Planning <br /> Commission and noted the RaID apparently has not yet reviewed this <br /> application ani will also address the stann Water Plan: <br /> 1- stann Water Management Plan: <br /> a. A detention pond is propOsed near the entrance to the site to <br /> collect stann water which will be slowly released into the <br /> existing wetlani/water areas on the site. <br /> b. A srrall area of existing standing water is proposed to be <br />. filled ani a similar sized area will be dredged also in the <br /> rear central area. <br /> c. Look at a positive opening in the north end to allow the <br /> water to flow ani clean the pond naturally. <br />
