Park dedication fees shall be resolved either in the platting stage <br /> or as part of the Development AyLeement. <br /> Chair Probst asked Jon Peterson, Towle Real Estate agent representing Control <br /> Data, if there is a need for access by a private street. Mr. Peterson <br />. irrlicated there is no need f= an access easement with this proposal. Mr. <br /> Peterson introduced Lloyd Pew, the surveyor arrl asked Mr. Pew to speak. Mr. <br /> Pew stated as there are no development issues at this t:i1ne arrl no proposal to <br /> alter anything, theref=e, all issues relatin:J to development of this parcel <br /> should be deferred until a plan is suJ:mitted. Walt Seiler, Control Data Facility Manager, spoke arrl <br /> stated that Control Data systems, Inc. is in no way affiliated with Control <br /> Data Corp. am they became a new corporate entity this summer. Mr. Seiler <br /> stated the sale of this property in the first quarter of 1993, would provide <br /> the company the opportunity to show a profit in lieu of a short fall. <br /> Mr. Seiler introduced the c:anpmy attorney, Jim Bellarrli.
