That the proposed division be prepared in the form of a Final Plat <br /> for signatures by the City am filing with the County. <br /> 2. Parcels A, B, am C shall not include the RaY of aJ:utting streets <br /> either in the delineation on the plat or in the legal des=iption. <br /> 3. utility am Drainage Easements shall be shown on the plat. <br /> 4. Wetlands shall be delineated on the plat in accordance with a <br /> qualified wetlam delineator am RCWD regulations. <br /> 5. Park dedication fees shall be resolved either in the platting stage <br /> or as part of the Development Agreement. <br /> Olair Probst asked Jon Peterson, Towle Real Fstate agent representing Control <br /> Data, if there is a need for aa::essby a private street. Mr. Peterson <br /> . in:licated there is no need for an access easement with this prcposal. Mr. <br /> Peterson introduced Lloyd Pew, the surveyor am asked Mr. Pew to speak. Mr. <br /> Pew stated as there are no developnent issues at this time am no proposal to <br /> alter anything, therefore, all issues relating to development of this parcel <br /> should be deferred until a plan is suhnitted. He stated the applicant is <br /> requesting to clean up the legal des=iptions and file a deed at Ramsey <br /> County . <br /> winiecki stated the issue of the required easements should be addressed am <br /> questioned the accuracy of the survey. Mr. Pew stated the survey is =t. <br /> Petersen questioned the t:i1ne differential between processing a plat am minor <br /> sub-division. Mr. Pew stated it may require up to 3 months to process a plat <br /> versus filing a deed within one month. <br /> winiecki questioned the hardship of the short t:i1ne frame involved for these <br /> des=iption changes. Walt Seiler, Control Data Facility Manager, sp:lke am <br /> stated that Control Data Systems, Inc. is in no way affiliated with Control <br /> Data Corp. am they became a new corporate entity this summer. Mr. Seiler <br /> stated the sale of this property"in the first quarter of 1993, would provide <br /> the canpany the opportunity to show a profit in lieu of a short fall. <br /> Mr. Seiler introduced the company attorney, Jim Bellandi. Mr. Bellami stated <br /> he spoke with Attorney Filla this afternoon to discuss the platting <br /> recommendation. He stated that during discussions with Attorney Filla, it was <br /> . his understanding that a revised legal des=iption would be in compliance with <br /> City regulations since this is an application for a minor subdivision. <br />
