We will update the Arden Hills 2000 Plan, with staff input <br /> through Department Heads and Council. The Arden Hills 2000 Plan <br /> will be updated and will identify 5-10 year goals and identify <br /> responsible parties to carry out those goals. This dOCl.nllE!l1t is a <br /> basic and i.nportant dClClUllent for the staff and Council to <br /> integrate 1994 and future plans for Arden Hills City Government <br /> and City goals. <br /> II. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS: <br /> A. Un::leroroun::i storaqe Tank Update - The underground storage tank has <br /> been relOClVed and disposed of. Approximately 250-300 yards of soil <br /> is onsite for reviEM for =ntamination. lab results have been <br /> finalized at this time. The onsite evaluation of soil showed some <br /> contamination with the final PCA evaluation showing soil <br /> . contamination which exceeded accepted PCA guidelines. The removal <br /> and disposal costs as anticipated: <br /> $ 8.05/yard to haul <br /> 42.50 to dispose <br /> 50.55 <br /> x 300 yards <br /> $ 15,165.00 (not budgeted) <br /> This disposal should take place within the next fEM weeks. <br /> OAF Its <br /> . <br />
