Ray McGraw mentioned he would <br />prefer to see the height of the benn along parkshore Drive be in <br />=nformance with the original grading plan for the POD. <br />eouncil1nernber Dale Hicks mentioned he would like to see the natural <br />drainage restored at the SE corner of the original POD site (Parkshore <br />and Old Hwy 10) rather than depending on a culvert \Yhich rray clog or <br />freeze. <br />Planner Bergly stated two meetings have been held with the developer and <br />IlIOSt of the residents to modify the benn height. COmpromises have rrade <br />between the developer and the residents. <br />Clair Probst reminded the Commission both the benn issue and the P. U.
